Bookings

All new Customers are required to pre pay 50% for their 1st Appointment with us.

Appointments that are over 2hrs will require pre payment.

To avoid disapointment please book well in advance especially for appointments in the evenings and Saturdays or when requesting a particular therapsit.

We can not guarantee all treatments all year round due to specialised therapsits required, who may not be available. However we will endeavour to offer another similar service should this occur?

Cancelation policy

Our time with you is very important.

Appointments require the following notice to avoid 50% charge or deposits are required for all future bookings.

• We can only accept these by telephone in the salon or email.

Salon policy

No mobile phones to be used unless in an emergency, please change to silent mode.

To keep the salon the salons tranquil atmosphere we can not allow babies or children under the age of 6 in the premises.
